Customer is responsible for all shipping cost related to return, except in cases of an order error by BTC O&P. For return of goods, customer must contact BTC O&P by calling (800) 741-3806 or emailing orders@btcoandp.com to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. RA number must be marked clearly on the outside of package before mailing the return. Credit will be processed within 30 days. We do not accept returns on made-to-measure and custom-made goods. Please note the issuing of an RA does not guarantee a credit and that all returned items will go through an evaluation process to determine if they are in sellable condition.

• Return period: 30 days after invoice date if item is in new & sellable condition
• 31 days to 59 days a 10% service fee may be charged. Goods must be in new condition.
• 60-90 days a 20% service fee may be charged. Goods must be in new condition.
• No returns after 90 days.
• PrePreg materials are not returnable due to the shelf life & temperature sensitivity of this product.

Warranty Returns

For warranty returns, customer needs to contact BTC O&P customer service department by calling (800) 741-3806. The manufacturer evaluates product complaints and/or photographs to authorize a manufacturer defect before a warranty return will be approved. Approved warranty returns will be for same product replacement only.
